🏺📜 History Comes to Life in 6th Grade Social Studies! 📜🏺
Our 6th graders wrapped up their Ancient Mesopotamia unit by writing like the Sumerians! Students explored the ancient writing system of cuneiform and got hands-on by creating their own clay tablets and using stylus tools to write their names, just like scribes did thousands of years ago! ✍️
What a fun and memorable way to bring history to life while learning about one of the world’s earliest writing systems! We are so proud of our future historians! 🌎👏
