We’re throwing it back to yesterday for our first Throwback Thursday! 🎉 Mrs. Stinnett's students spent some time working on group puzzles, and they were ALL about it!
We loved seeing the focus, teamwork, communication, and perseverance happening as students worked together to put the pieces in place. 💙 And apparently, they were having such a good time that they wanted to keep puzzling today, too! 🙌
There’s something pretty special about watching students work together, encourage one another, and celebrate when those last few pieces finally fit. 🧩✨
We’re already looking forward to the next Throwback Thursday!

If you're new to our school (or district), and haven't heard our spiel yet: we’re excited to introduce you to TalkingPoints as a way for our school to stay connected with your family! You may have begun receiving text messages from our school through TalkingPoints, but we strongly encourage families to download the TalkingPoints app for the best experience.
One of the biggest benefits of the app is its built-in translation support! 🌎 The app can help translate school messages, documents, and flyers into your preferred language—and it can translate your responses back to us, making it easier for families and staff to communicate about your student.
📞 Phone calls are still our preferred way to have a conversation whenever possible! We know, however, that school and family schedules don’t always line up. TalkingPoints gives us a wonderful way to connect when a phone call just isn’t practical.
Please take a look at the attached flyers for information about getting started if you're not familiar with it already. We looking forward to using this tool to stay connected with you! 💙

There was lots of laughter and teamwork happening in Mrs. Jacob’s 5th grade classroom during a fun team-building activity called the "Hot Seat”!
Here’s how it works: one student sits in the hot seat with their back to a projected picture. Their teammates then have to describe what’s in the picture without using any of the words in its name. 🗣️🤔
It’s a great way to practice communication, listening, creative thinking, and teamwork—all while having a LOT of fun! We love seeing our students learning and building relationships through activities like this. 💙
📸 Check out these great photos from the Hot Seat!

The back-to-school photos are still trickling in, and we’re definitely not complaining! 😊 Here are a few more snapshots from our 5th (Newberry) and 6th grade (Douglas and Garzee) classrooms as they kick off a brand-new school year.
From new beginnings to familiar faces, these first days are full of excitement, learning, and plenty of smiles. We’re so happy to see our students settling in and making memories already!
Here’s to a fantastic year ahead for these classes! 📚✏️✨

We’re a little late getting around to it, but we couldn’t let the year get too far underway without introducing our amazing 4th, 5th & 6th grade teaching teams! 💙
These teachers bring so much dedication, creativity, patience, and heart to our school community each day. We’re incredibly grateful for the energy they pour into our students and the relationships they build along the way. (Sadly, not pictured: our fabulous paraprofessionals and aides who also bring amazing skills to our building!)
Please join us in giving a big WELCOME & THANK YOU to our 4th, 5th, and 6th grade teams! We’re so lucky to have you! 🍎📚✨

Her students worked together to build the tallest tower using Lego, putting their creativity, communication, and teamwork skills to the test! 🏗️
Then came a fun challenge: students had to find their classmates who had the same color sticker on their head—without talking or knowing their own color! 🤫🎨 It was a great way to practice nonverbal communication, problem-solving, and working together.
So much teamwork, laughter, and learning today! ❤️💙💚💛 #TeamBuilding #ClassBonding #BuildingCommunity

First day = A LOT of information! 📚😅
We know our students don’t automatically know all the things we expect of them… They don’t know unless we tell them! So today, our students rotated through "expectation stations" to learn the ins and outs of being a successful Central Intermediate student—from routines and procedures to what it looks like to be respectful, responsible, and ready to learn. 💙
It was a busy day filled with info and getting familiar with new staff and students, but we’re already seeing lots of great first-day energy! Here’s to a good night's rest for all and being back at it tomorrow for a fantastic year! 🎉📓✨

🎓💙 Celebrating the 6th Grade Class 💙🎓
We celebrated the accomplishments, growth, and memories of our incredible 6th graders during our End-of-Year Awards Ceremony. From academic achievements to leadership and perseverance, we are so proud of everything these students have accomplished. 🏅✨
While it was a celebration, it was also a bittersweet moment as we send this amazing group on to Junior High next year. Watching them complete their final clap-out walk through the halls reminded us just how much they’ve grown and how much they’ll be missed. 👏💙
Congratulations, 6th graders! Your future is bright, and we can’t wait to see all the great things you accomplish in this next chapter. Once a part of the Central Titan family, always a part of our Central Titan family. 💫

What better way to celebrate an amazing school year than with an exciting End-of-Year Raffle! Students had the chance to have their names drawn and choose from an awesome variety of prizes including toys, games, candy, sports equipment, and so much more! 🏀🍬✨
The smiles, excitement, and cheers made this such a fun way to wrap up the year and celebrate all of the hard work our students have put in.
Thank you to everyone who helped make this event so special — and congratulations to all of our lucky winners! 🎊

The students came in confident… maybe *too* confident. 😅
Turns out, experience, teamwork, and a little strategic “seasoned athlete energy” still count for something.
The staff showed up ready to teach one final lesson of the year: never underestimate your teachers. 📚💥
Shoutout to our students for bringing the energy, laughs, and competitive spirit — everyone brought their A-game! Until next year, students… start practicing. 😉 #StaffVsStudents #DodgeballChampions #SchoolSpirit #FriendlyCompetition #TeachersWin

We celebrated all the hard work, growth, kindness, and accomplishments of these incredible students at our End-of-Year Awards Ceremony. 🏅📚
From academic achievements to working hard to persevere and show up each day, each student has made this year unforgettable. So proud of everything they’ve accomplished and excited for all the adventures ahead in 5th grade! 💙
Congratulations to all our award winners — keep shining bright! 🌟 #4thGrade #EndOfYearAwards #StudentSuccess
