Registration
MR#238 uses a Student Information System called Skyward Qmlativ. Family Access is used for online registration. You will also log in to see your child's attendance, schedule, and much, much more.
Returning Families: Registration will open August 4th. Watch the announcements and your email for more information.
New to the district families: In-person registration will be on Wednesday, August 6, 2025, 12:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. and Thursday, August 7, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. at the District Office; 105 North E Street; Monmouth.
?What do I need to register my child(ren) at Monmouth-Roseville School District?
A. We will need proof of residency that you live in our district. We also need certified birth certificates for your child(ren).
Who do I contact if I need to update my email address?
A. Please email registration@mr238.org with your name, your student name(s), and birthdates to update your email address.
? Do we need school supplies?
A. School supply lists are posted under Parent Resources on each school website for PreK-8th grade. High School students can prepare according to their personal preferences and teacher specifications.
? When will schools open?
A. Secretaries and office staff will return on August 4, 2025, but please be patient as we may be in training upon our return.
? When is the first day of school?
A. August 20th is the official first day of school for Kindergarten - 9th graders. Prek Students will start on August 21st. Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors will start on August 21st.
? When will I know who my child's teacher is / schedule is?
A. Teachers and schedules will not be available until approximately 5 days before school starts. You will be able to see teachers on the Skyward Family Access.

FEES
Kindergarten through 12th Grade – Registration = $10.00
ADDITIONAL FEES
Band Fee (when applicable) $30.00
Driver’s Education (when applicable) $50.00
MRJH PE Shirt - first shirt free, additional shirt $10.00
Fees can be paid online through the Skyward Family Access Portal on a computer or by mobile app. You may also send cash (correct change) or a check to your child's school office. Click on the Fees and Fees Payments Tile and then click on the Make Payment Here link in the upper right corner.

PAYMENTS:
Online payments have the following transaction fees:
Deposit Amount Service Fee is approximately 4.49%
Parents who choose NOT to pay online can drop off payment at the district office or make a payment at any school office.
STUDENT FEES
K-12 fees can be paid online through SkywardQ Family Access. Parents can deposit money into the meal accounts and, optionally, other assorted fees (registration, library fines, textbooks, etc.). The online payment will provide an easy and convenient way for parents to make payments to their child’s account throughout the year.
